Jupiter Hand to Shoulder offers comprehensive upper extremity care, including nonoperative treatment and surgery for conditions ranging from rotator cuff tears to carpal tunnel syndrome. We are located in the 1002 Building on the Jupiter Medical Center campus in Palm Beach County. Dr. Diaz is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon and hand surgeon who has been practicing in South Florida since 2010. She has fellowship training in shoulder, elbow, and wrist arthroscopy, endoscopic carpal tunnel release, shoulder and elbow replacement, Dupuytren Contracture, wrist tendinitis and trigger finger, wrist and hand reconstructive procedures for arthritis, treatment of tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, distal biceps ruptures, fractures of the clavicle, humerus, and forearm, distal radius fractures, and hand fractures.
At Jupiter Hand to Shoulder, we evaluate and treat a wide array of adult and pediatric hand and upper extremity disorders and injuries. We provide state of the art, evidence-based care, and believe that patient education should be at the center of any treatment plan.
Dr. Diaz is honored to be carrying on the tradition of excellence in the treatment of Dupuytren Disease set forth by Dr. Charles Eaton, MD. She will offer all three treatment options for Dupuytren contracture, including needle aponeurotomy (as taught to her by Dr. Eaton), collagenase injections, and open surgery.
